My goal is to provide high-quality, custom-fit permanent jewelry and toe rings that feel personal, comfortable, and made to last-while creating a relaxing and meaningful experience for every day customer.
That’s exactly what you can do here. Take your time, explore, and find what feels right for you in our Sparkling Toe studio. I trained in person with experienced professionals in the DMV area who generously shared their knowledge and skills. I also work with trusted wholesale partners to ensure quality in every piece.
I do not offer gold-plated or PVD jewelry, as they do not last. Instead, I focus on durable, everyday pieces that you can wear comfortably without worry.

MY STORY
HI, I'M MASUMI, THE OWNER AND ARTIST BEHIND SPARKLING TOE.
I’ve always loved simple, everyday jewelry. Not big or flashy just a few pieces that feel personal and special. Most jewelry, however, is designed for the waist and up. I never really explored jewelry below the knee.
As a longtime manicurist, I’ve always enjoyed making hands and feet look beautiful. But my work usually stopped at nail care and polish.
Over 23 years ago, I lived in Oahu, Hawaii before moving to the Washington, D.C. area. While working there, I often saw my pedicure clients wearing custom-fitted toe rings. I planned to get some myself, but a sudden military move forced my family to leave before I had the chance.

Years later, I returned to Oahu my second home in winter 2026. This time, I made it happen.
I discovered stackable toe rings, anklets, and bracelets in beautiful designs and colors. That’s when I fell in love with permanent jewelry. I left with two toe rings and two anklets and a huge smile.
That experience stayed with me. Every time I looked down, I felt happy. I thought, “Why not share this feeling with others?” That idea became Sparkling Toe.
We offer permanent jewelry as well as semi-permanent options with clasps. Our collection includes 14k gold-filled, .925 sterling silver, and some solid 14k gold pieces. We use high-quality chains made in the USA and Italy. Some designs are limited due to demand.
I always ask myself: “What would I want as a customer?” I would want time to touch, try on, and see how each piece feels.
