MAINTENANCE & WARRANTY
Our jewelry is TSA Friendly!
Traveling will be a breeze while passing through detectors.
Your chain is safe to swim in the ocean, lakes, and salt water pools. Please limit exposure to chlorine pools and hot tubs.
If you wish to remove your chain, carefully cut it at the jump ring (weld spot) using nail clippers or scissors. Please note that if the chain is cut at any other point, it cannot be rewelded.

We will re-weld any piece for free up to 14 days after your jewelry purchase. In the event of any issues after this period, a $15 reweld fee will be applicable.
Avoid harsh chemicals, lotions, and perfumes as they may deteriorate the structure of the metal over time.
